HEX Cut-Plates come in 3 sizes for simplicity, 405mm for 3 to 5-Digit Registrations. 458mm & 520mm cover 6 to 7-Digit formats. Components are available for both film & reflective printing, including shaped Clear Acrylic faces or Enviro-Plate backings.
Note: Printed sheets may require trimming down during assembly.

HEX Backgrounds provide our partners with an effortless up-sell. Custom backdrop designs are pre-printed onto oblong film or reflective sheets. By utilising oblong media, we have removed the need to trim printed sheets to fit, cutting assembly time.

5 Backdrop Designs
BSAU 145e Compliant
HEX Number Plates are road-legal because the British Standards & Regulations have no restrictions on plate shape. Plate constructions must be BSAU 145e Certified, thus meeting the specified durability & retroreflective visibility levels. Plate sizes must match the Registration Format and provide sufficient space for the digits and margins. Pre-printed backdrops are separate from the number plates’ primary function and thus exempt from the regulations, like advertising lips.
