We require a Service & Support Technician to join the Customer Service team of our Number Plates Disivion. This role mixes both on-site technical support and in-office roles. You’ll be providing on-site technical support for our full range of printing-systems and specialist software. Which covers customer installations, servicing, training and issue resolution. And self-manage tasks, with cases and installations addressed on-demand.
Time in the office will be used to schedule upcoming visits and prepare equipment. While in-office, you will be expected to contribute to day-to-day Customer Service activities. Including taking and processing orders, issuing software licence codes and fielding remote-support sessions. Training will be provided on all our specialist equipment, software and products.
Salary, Hours & Location
This is a full-time position working 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday. For a competitive salary of £27.5k dependent on experience. And a starting holiday entitlement of 28 days, including Bank Holidays. You will be based out of our offices at Duke Street, New Basford, Nottingham, NG7 7HX.
