There’s a new Nottingham Forest on the Rise, thanks to the green fingers of some adventurous Tennants UK staff.
Five months ago, a small group of our team channelled their inner “Mother Nature” and planted a grand total of 1000 trees at Peacock Farm. Which was part of the I DIG TREES Scheme, and all done in the name of environmental conservation.
Those trees have been living the dream ever since, soaking up the benefits of our delightfully wet and warm climate. And it’s safe to say that most of them are thriving, going by the images shown above. In the future, they will form a mature woodland ecosystem, providing a habitat for flora and wildlife to prosper.
Perhaps a few Magpies will nest there too, those local to Notts County anyway.
