At Tennants, we are proud to be part of the movement championing fair wages and supporting the well-being of our team. Being a Living Wage employer means recognising everyone’s hard work, dedication, and contributions. We joined over two years ago and are committed to helping build a brighter, fairer future for all.
Living Wage Week
The Living Wage exceeds the UK minimum or national wage and is independently determined based on the actual cost of living. It is calculated annually and announced by the Living Wage Foundation as part of Living Wage Week. To celebrate the occasion, members and organisations hold events to promote and raise awareness of the movement.
Over 15,000 members, including Tennants UK, pay the real Living Wage voluntarily because we believe work deserves fair pay.
