Replace the B432 Toner Cartridge
This article shows how to Replace the B432 Toner cartridge, ensure your replacement is Genuine OKI for compliancy reasons. Instructions that follow assume you are directly facing the front of the Trade Systems printer.
Your OKI B432 printer will let you know when it is time to replace a toner cartridge. First you’ll see warning messages on the display screen found on the operator panel, warning a particular toner is getting low. This is when you need to order a replacement if you don’t have any. The message will change and prompt you to replace it once the cartridge is empty, it may even stop printing.
Open Printers Top Cover
Open the B432 Top Cover using the Button
Before you can install a new toner, you’ll have to locate and remove the empty one. So start by opening up the top of your printer. Press in the round button, indicated on the image above, to open up your printer. Now you can hinge it up fully to reveal the printer innards and the Toner & Drum unit close to the front as seen below.

Remove Used Toner Cartridge
Unlock and Remove the Used Toner Cartridge
To remove the used Toner Cartridge, simply take hold of its blue lever and gently pull it towards you. This unlocks the toner, so pull the cartridge off the drum and out the printer. Place it aside for later disposal.

Unbox the replacement cartridge, shake it several times to loosen its contents. Once you have shaken the cartridge, remove the white shipping tape so it is ready to fit.
Replace the B432 Toner

Replace the B432 toner cartridge by inserting it onto the Image Drum. Aligning the left hand side with the notch on the drum and push it straight in and down gently. Finish by locking it into place by turning the blue lever up, away from you. Finally, close the printer top cover by simply pushing it down until it clicks into place. Press OK on the operator panel and the printer will detect the new cartridge.
And remember we recommend cleaning the led heads regularly, while replacing toners or before starting a large production run.
